UPCOMING BOOK
THE END OF DEATH: How Near-Death Experiences Prove the Afterlife.
About the book:
As a believer in the existence and immortality of a human spirit, I begin the book introducing this concept using personal experiences. I also use fictional illustrations for readers to visualize the process by which a near-death experience (NDE) happens. As scientific experiments are reliable evidence of a variety of phenomena, I resort to such experiments conducted by reputable academic intuitions which further verify the existence of a non-material, non-physically focused portion of human nature. I also use scientific evidence that defies the conventional scientific paradigm that consciousness is a by-product of the brain, which further verifies that NDE is a phenomenon occurring outside, not inside the brain of the patient.
I further support the existence of a spirit body that is whole and capable of seeing independently of the physical body examining evidence of NDE experienced by the visually impaired, several blind from birth.
Suicide and drug abuse are two sources of pain to many people around the world. Such people undergoing NDE due to suicide attempts and drug overdose, normally of a negative nature, learned invaluable lessons and made drastic positive changes in their lives. I use such examples to inspire people not to follow this self-destructive route for their own good and that of their loved ones. Cases of children who had a brush with death and had a near-death experience is also explored, as well the positive changes that ensued in their lives.
The main message of this work is that we are immortal beings temporarily experiencing physical life. And as I say in the book, “…our consciousness, our identity, the I which we truly are, is not enclosed in the brain like a bird in a cage, and when the cage is destroyed the bird dies. The extreme opposite is true! When the cage is destroyed the bird is free. We, the spiritual force we truly are, can and will function independently of the brain and the body, and will—we will!—survive bodily death.”
